Refund & Cancellation Policy

All paid ScriptEngine plans are billed monthly. There are no annual contracts.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month, then moves to Starter without issuing another free-trial allocation. You will not be charged again.

Refunds

• If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid month and have used fewer than 10% of that month's credits, we will refund you in full.
• After that, payments for the current month are non-refundable, but you keep access until the month ends.
• If you were charged in error or experienced a significant outage, contact us and we will make it right.

Unused credits

Paid-plan credits reset each month and cannot be exchanged for cash. Starter's 300 sign-up credits are issued once and do not refresh.

How to request

Send a request through our Contact page with the email on your account. We reply within 2 working days and refunds reach your card in 5–10 days.
