By creating an account or using ScriptEngine you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and usage limits

• Starter (£0 free trial): 300 one-time credits issued on sign-up. They do not refresh.
• Pro Creator (£19/month): 15,000 credits per month.
• Agency (£49/month): 50,000 credits per month.
• Credits are used per generation (script, voiceover, thumbnails). Paid-plan allowances reset monthly and do not roll over.
• Automated scraping, reselling access or attempts to bypass credit limits are not allowed.

Your content

You own the scripts, voiceovers, thumbnails and other assets you generate and may use them commercially, including in monetised YouTube videos. You are responsible for checking that your final videos comply with YouTube policies and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use ScriptEngine to create unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, or to impersonate real people without permission.

Third-party music

Music tracks are provided under their own royalty-free licences. Follow each licence's attribution requirements.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". AI output may contain errors; review it before publishing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You may close your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
